Returns & Exchanges

At GCI Turf Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product remains in new, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
